At N1 WATCHES, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your watch or receive a watch with a qualifying defect, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
7-Day Return Window
You must contact us at contact@n1watches.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Do not send your watch back before receiving return authorization and return instructions from our team.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
A return or exchange may be requested if:
- The watch has a manufacturing or mechanical defect.
- The watch does not function substantially according to the product specifications.
- You are not satisfied with your purchase.
- The watch is returned within the timeframe specified in your return authorization.
All returns are subject to inspection.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The watch must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- The watch must not have been worn, damaged, scratched, modified, or altered.
- All original components, accessories, packaging, and documentation must be included.
- All original watch links must be returned with the watch.
- The crystal/glass must be free from scratches, cracks, or impact marks.
- The return must be shipped within the timeframe provided by our Returns Department.
Missing Links
All original links must be returned with the watch.
Missing links may be subject to a $10 charge per link.
Return Authorization
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
To request a return or exchange:
- Email contact@n1watches.com with your order details and the reason for your request.
- Wait for confirmation from our Returns Department.
- Follow the return address and shipping instructions provided by our team.
- Package the watch securely and send it according to the provided instructions.
Restocking & Shipping Fees
An approved return may be subject to a 10% restocking and handling fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For exchanges, shipping charges may apply, and promotional discounts from the original order may not automatically carry over to the replacement item.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
